Our yoga class is designed to be accessible by all levels. Our instructor will encourage participants to engage in as much or as little physical activity as desired, teaching respect for the comfort of others while encouraging empowerment. Our goal is to breathe life into your team by helping them discover a common interest they can enjoy on their own outside of the daily grind.
