In this class we will use meditation to bring us to the present moment. This meditation will be accessible to all experience levels. a combination of breath exercises, mindfulness meditation, visualizations, mantras and music. Let your mind and body relax. Be gentle with yourself, be comfortable, no need to turn on your video.
