Our chef's passion for dessert and innovation is what led her to create the only liquid nitrogen ice cream shop in the region while sourcing only from local dairies and farmers markets. Each scoop is hand-crafted using fresh ingredients and grass-fed cream and then flash-frozen using liquid nitrogen.
Our host will lead you and your team through the exploration of the world of ice cream with vanilla beans from Madagascar to local hand-picked fruit from her local farmers market and how that all creates some of the best ice creams in the Country as recognized by many food publications.
This experience can be adjusted for all dietary preferences. Food Kits are available for delivery.
